What I collect

When you use the contact form I collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in the message field. Clients also share health and training information needed to deliver sessions safely.

How I use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange sessions, and keep treatment and training records. I don't sell your data and I don't send marketing you haven't asked for.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as required by insurance and professional body guidance.
